Charter Care Services was born from a deep-seated desire to make a real difference in the world of NDIS. The journey began with a life-altering event: a freak rugby accident that left the son of our founder, Paul, paralysed. Faced with navigating the complexities of the NDIS and its providers firsthand, Paul saw a glaring gap in the market. Despite the multitude of suppliers flooding the industry, very few were delivering on their promises of quality NDIS support.
Driven by the need for genuine, reliable care, Paul embarked on a mission to fill this void. He understood firsthand the challenges and frustrations faced by individuals and families navigating the NDIS landscape. This empathy and insight fueled the foundation of Charter Care Services.
Today, Charter Care Services stands as one of the premier providers of NDIS accommodation and disability services in South East Queensland. Our journey from humble beginnings to industry leader is a testament to our unwavering commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of our clients. We recognise that each individual's journey is different, and it is this understanding that has shaped who we are today. Our "I Am Alex" initiative is a heartfelt campaign named in honor of the son of our founder, Paul.
