As a part of the ongoing focus on providing quality service to our participants, we are pleased to announce the commissioning of our first purpose-built van to assist with the transport requirements of our participants. The van will enable our participants to achieve more independence when in the community as it will provide flexibility and choice in the choices of activities our clients wish to undertake.

Charter Care Services is pleased to announce another milestone in our service delivery journey. We have in partnership with the Disability Housing Centre brought online another high-quality home purpose-built for individuals with high care needs.
With another two homes nearing completion in the Moreton Bay region to complement our existing home in Caboolture. We look forward to providing a premium service to our participants in their new homes.

The Disability Housing Centre is here to help you navigate the Roadmap to SDA.
Our aim is to help as many Australians as possible, under the NDIS, find the right home to suit their needs & housing goals.
In partnership with SDA Smart Homes, we have access to QLD's largest range of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) & Supported Independent Living homes.
As a Group, we provide a full end-to-end service from building and enrolling NDIS compliant properties (SDA Smart Homes - Registered NDIS Provider #4050071176) to property management (Property Direct Pty Ltd - Lic. 2102556) to tenant matching and SIL Provider partnerships (The Disability Housing Centre).

YESS Service is a registered provider specialising in Support Coordination (level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) only. We don’t provide any other service. That is WHO we are to this day.
It is our view that the Support Coordinator should always be independent. We believe that your needs and wishes should only drive your Support Coordinator as we work for you to get the most from your NDIS plan.
